IntroductionTo the surprise of many insects have inspired and contributed to much of our inventors and their inventions throughout history. Insects have helped us create countless inventions all the way from flying contraptions to instruments to help sustain life, all of these inventions resemble that of insects. Insects have taught humans how to utilize simple structures to improve everyday life. The invention discussed in this website uses a fog collecting system as a water source for humans in particularly dry climates. This creation is inspired by the Namib Desert Beetle who uses its hardened wings as a water collecting source in its desert habitat. It is an amazing adaptation that the Namib Desert Beetle has constructed In fact it is such a useful tool it has been mimicked and is starting to be a revolutionary breakthrough in water shortage solutions, making water available to humans that otherwise would not be possible.
